Chipa Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 each Egg, whole
  • 2/3 Cup Whole Milk
  • 6 oz Cheese Blend
  • 3 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 Cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 Cup Self Rising Flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Stir together egg and dairy in a large bowl. Sprinkle in tapioca starch and flour and stir until a dough is formed.

Knead dough for two minutes on a lightly floured surface, then roll into golf ball-sized pieces (3 ounce) portions, and place onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

Notes:

To make self rising flour, for every one cup AP Flour, ad 1/2 tsp Baking Powder and 1/2 tsp Salt.
