Coleslaw Dressing

Yield: 1 Quart

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Pickle Juice
  • ¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Kosher Salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk

  2. Combine the sauce with approximately 5 lb shredded green cabbage and 2.5 lb shredded red cabbage then mix
