Coleslaw Dressing

Yield: 1 Quart
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Pickle Juice
- ¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 ½ Tbsp Kosher Salt

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk

Combine the sauce with approximately 5 lb shredded green cabbage and 2.5 lb shredded red cabbage then mix
